Program description
By opting-in and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from LaGrange County REMC to that mobile number and agree to the terms and conditions herein. These kinds of messages may include outage notifications, billing alerts, service updates or other important messages.
Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. LaGrange County REMC is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages
Message frequency
The frequency of messages will depend on your account activity and the notification options that you select. You could receive multiple messages per day.
Opt-Out
You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which the message was received. After you text "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
